Scan documents with your iPhone/iPad/iPod camera or import already existing photos, detect document shapes automatically, rotate and apply various colour effects to improve readability and save the resulting scans as a multipage PDF or multiple JPEG images.

Scan Assistant also allows you to extract the text from your scanned documents through accurate OCR algorithms, making them searchable. English, French, German, Spanish and Italian are the languages supported by our OCR engine.

The documents that you create are automatically saved and can be opened and edited at any later time. You can also secure your documents using passwords so that only you will be able to access those documents that contain sensitive information.

After the resulting multipage PDF is generated, it can be shared, sent by email, printed or opened in any existing application on your device that deals with PDF files, like iBooks, DropBox or OneDrive.
